Meeting Management Professional

While Natalie has been active in MPI and MPI Tennessee (Tennessee chapter of Meeting Planners International), serving on several board positions and committees and earning the MPI-TN Vounteer of the Year award, she has also continued her own formal education, achieving and maintaining several globally-recognized industry certifications:

  • CMP Fellow. The Certified Meeting Planner Fellow certification recognizes Certified Meeting Planners with 10+ years of experience, a career track record showing breadth and depth of experience, industry contributions including speaking, writing, publishing and awards, service on industry committees, and community engagement such as mentoring or similar volunteerism.
  • CMM. The Certificate Meeting Management recognizes advanced education and experience in areas beyond basic meeting planning, such as business management, leadership, and meeting management.
  • CIS. The Certified Incentive Specialist designation recognizes training in the broader operation of the incentive travel industry.

    Natalie was recognized by the Tennessee Chapter of MPI for her excellence and continued contribution to the chapter and the meeting planning industry!

Natalie attended the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earning two baccalaureate business degress — B.B.A. Management and B.B.A. Marketing — to complement her meeting planning skills with solid business fundamentals.

In addition to providing Meeting Planning services to an array of clients across a spectrum of sizes and industries, Natalie also served as an Interim Director for TAPA and as Executive Director for NMBA for over 12 years.

Natalie has two daughters, who fill her spare time with soccer games, choir concerts, and a myriad of other similar functions. She enjoys reading and traveling in her spare time.
